1. Light works well - adjustable brightness and colour temperature.
2. Setting up smart function was easy
3. Fans works but the motor noise is quite loud, even in the lowest speed. Does make a rattling sound time to time, as if something is loose in there box.
Sent out a completely different sized and spec’d downlight order than what I ordered without any notice. When queried I was told it was ‘in the same category’ so it’s fine. Is a candle in the same category? Literally different cutout size (25mm smaller) and 20% less wattage lights. Not suitable for our project which was time critical and they seemed to be uncontactable in a timely matter to sort out an alternative solution. Return was an effort with them wanting me to pay for return postage for a refund. Lots of attitude as if I was in the wrong. Good example of horrible customer service.
I ordered 3 ceiling fans from Mases on a Tuesday afternoon, all 3 showed up on my doorstep with 24 hours! I was amazed by the outstanding service and have been very happy with the fans.

I have bought 3 of these kits and they are an awesome set of garden lights.
