The product is better than expected. I particularly appreciate the quality & ease of the remotes which have let my ceiling fan purchases in the past down. Delivery was expedient especially just before Christmas which was very much appreciated! I will definitely buy from Mases Lighting again without a shadow of a doubt.

The fan colour is not the same as pictured
or the colour that was on the box
After installing fans for many years I can confidently say hunter pacific is the absolute WORST fan manufacturer in the market. They over complicate every aspect of design which almost always leads to problems. For such an expensive product they use the cheapest parts available. When the fans inevitable fail after a couple of months of use they make claiming warranty extremely difficult. NEVER PURCHASE A HUNTER PACIFIC PRODUCT.
