Great price, great product and prompt delivery
I'm very disappointed with the performance of this fan. Despite being advertised with a much higher capacity, it is noticeably weaker than my previous model, which had a suction volume of just 150 m³/h—only a third of what this unit claims.
In addition, I’m experiencing water pooling in the vent, as shown in the attached photo. When I contacted customer support, their response was unhelpful and unrealistic—suggesting I heat the entire bathroom to match the shower temperature. This is neither practical nor a real solution to the underlying ventilation problem.
I expected much better performance and support for a product in this price range.
